The faculty and staff are very proud of our Delta grads and look forward to the commencement ceremony as a time when we honor you for your accomplishments in successfully completing your educational goals. Please make plans to attend and participate, and encourage your graduating friends to do the same. We hope that you invite your family members and close friends to help celebrate this important milestone in your life.
The graduation ceremony will be held on Friday, August 16, 2013 in the Rosa Hart Theater at the Lake Charles Civic Center. The ceremony will begin at 7:00 p.m.
The cost for graduation is as follows:
Cap, gown, tassel, stole and diploma cover - $90 (Required)
Diploma Cover, tassel and stole - $60
Tassel only - $15
Stole only - $15
Diploma Cover only - $30
Club and honor cords - $10.50 each (Optional)
Announcements/Invitations - (Optional)

This amount will be due (cash, cashier's check, money order or credit card) when you order your cap and gown on the dates above. If you do not purchase a cap and gown you will not be able to participate in the graduation ceremony. You must have satisfied all of your financial commitments to the institution to be eligible to participate in the ceremony.
If you are scheduled to complete your program in December 2012, March 2013, June 2013 or September 2013; you have been invited to participate. If you do not perform academically and can no longer complete your program by September 2013, you will be ineligible to participate in the ceremony.
